Our Industrial Grade Masonry Drills are manufactured from heat
treated tool steel with a Copper Brazed Tungsten Carbide tip. It
is designed for general purpose rotary and rotary percussion
drilling, and it can be used for drilling in most masonry
materials. The slow spiral deep flutes are designed for maximum
chip and dust removal. Each drill is available with a zinc plated
or black oxide finish.
( Fractional Sizes: 1/8" to 1" in 4", 6",
12" and 18" overall length ).
The SDS-Plus Carbide Drills are manufactured from a premium alloy steel in a careful control process for maximum durability. The carbide tip is manufactured from a new syntherized process for maximum impact and wear resistance. It is copper brazed to the point of the drill which assures maximum heat resistance. ( Fractional Sizes: 1/4" to 1" in 4", 6", 9",12" and 18" overall length ).
Spline Shank Drills are manufactured from a one piece premium alloy steel. The carbide tip is copper brazed to the point of the drill which assures maximum durability. On the larger sizes the tip is design with the 4 Cutter point. (Fractional Sizes: 1/2" to 1-1/2" in 16" and 22" overall length).
Glass & Tile Drills are made from heat treated tool steel with a Copper Brazed Tungsten Carbide Spear Point Tip. It is designed for drilling glass, mirrors, and ceramics without cracking the brittle finish of those materials. The special spear point assures smooth penetration and a clean hole. Each drill is available with a zinc or black oxide finish. ( Fractional sizes: 1/8", 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8" and 1/2").
The Concrete Screw Masonry Drill Bits are manufactured from heat treated tool steel with a Copper Brazed Tungsten Carbide tip. It is specially designed to be used in the installation of concrete screws. ( Fractional Sizes: 5/32" by 3- 1/2",4-1/2" and 5-1/2" overall length. And 3/16" by 3-1/2",4-1/2",5-1/2",6-1/2" and 7-1/2" overall length ).
