Our Bell Hanger Drill Bits are ground from a solid High Carbon piece of steel with a special double tempered heat treating process. They are design for drilling through drywall, sheetrock, wood and metal, to fish cables through walls, ceilings and floors. (Fractional Sizes: 3/16" , 1/4", 5/16", 3/8" and ½" in 12", 18", 24", 36" and 48" of overall length).
The Carbide Tipped Bell Hanger Drill Bits are a specially constructed bell hanger bit tipped with a sharp ground carbide to provide penetration into light masonry. It can also be used to drill into the same materials as a regular bell hanger. It is very important to point out that they are not designed to support percussion or hammering action, only rotation. (Fractional Sizes: 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" in 18", 24", 36" and 48" of overall length).
Our HSS Multi Step Drill Bits are designed to drill true burr free round holes in Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Brass, Copper, Aluminum, Plastic and Wood up to 1/8" thick. They are triple tempered for longer tool life and are sold in a blister pack with a small bottle of cutting oil to preserve the life of the tool. (Fractional Sizes: 1/8" to 1-1/2").
